“You sure there’s nothing else you want to bring up?” Dr. Emily taps her pen waiting.

Linda looks at the clock, hesitating. Five minutes left of her fifty-minute session.

“I think I’m attracted to women!” Linda blurts out, partly because she wants to get her money’s worth, but mostly she lacks impulse control.

Linda’s eyes dart around the room, avoiding eye contact with Dr. Emily. She settles her gaze upon her therapist’s long legs covered in sheer black tights, black dress falling above her knee.

Dr. Emily's lips part as she smiles and nods warmly, “Let’s explore more next week.”
