A question... My covers are becoming cluttered with multiple copies of the same pictures. Is there a way to delete multiple cover photos of the same picture?

I am curious... who judges the stories? What do the judges look for? Style, reality, flair, etc...? I ask because in looking at past competitions, stories that have he most "hot" votes from readers aren't the stories that win. I have published many papers and articles in magazines, several novels and one textbook. I use LushStories as more of a personal diary and just enjoy writing and love reading others fantasies and stories. Thanks!
