I am elderly, but people have told me I have a more youthful appearance (not sure what that means). Despite my age, I can be energetic and playful when the situation arises.
I am tall at 6' 4". I do carry some excess weight, but I am symmetrically proportioned. I was very athletic in my younger days. These days my athletic activities are limited to walking, hiking, biking, and light exercise.
I am an introvert, which means I have a quiet personality. Many mistakenly equate my quietness with shyness, but I am not a shy person.
While I do have a few hobbies, the one I enjoy the most is writing. Over the years I have tried my hand at many genres. Now I am interested in testing my ability erotic stories. It is said, "With age comes wisdom." Well, that might not be true for everyone, but it rings true with me. I have learned that the best sex is unselfish. There is more pleasure to be found in satisfying your partner than there is in satisfying yourself. These days, my orgasm is secondary to that of my partner.
